The Bling Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns for any products accompanied by a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of receipt of order.
You will be credited for all unopened/unused products. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

1. Place the items in their original condition in the package that was used to ship your product to you. Include the original Packing Slip/Invoice and your phone number with your product.

It is a good idea to send your product back via UPS, Fed Ex or US Postal Service with a tracking number so that you have proof of return.
Refund Policy
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
If you placed your order with a Check or Money Order it will take 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check in the mail.

The Bling Shipping Policy:
We ship all over the world via UPS or US mail. Your order will be processed and shipped out to and delivery should take about 7-10 business days for US and Canadian orders and 7-14 business days for International orders. Shipping charges are calculated by the online ordering system and included in your total purchase amount. International shipping charges may be adjusted as needed. You may review the below international shipping policy for details.
Please use your street address instead of a P.O. Box. P.O. Box orders may be delayed due to manual order processing and delivery is not guaranteed since standard carriers are not allowed to deliver to P.O. Boxes.) Orders are shipped all over the world via traceable UPS or US Express Mail.
Standard delivery to USA addresses is carried out via traceable UPS (3-5 days) and has a base rate of $6.95. International Military addresses (FPO/APO) are considered a USA address and is shipped via USPS as at local USA rates.
Standard Delivery to a non-USA address is carried out via traceable US Express Mail (5-10 days) and has a base rate of $15.95. We do not do not accept requests for custom shipping carriers to international addresses. The most cost effective method is used to assure fast and dependable delivery of your order to your specific address. International orders may incur additional import duties or surcharges by your own government at time of delivery as required by your country's specific regulations.
Our secure Internet ordering system calculates your order total with actual shipping charges based upon your selections so you know exactly how much you are spending.
